From Zack

To the Ravens Club community,

It comes with the heaviest of hearts and all of my pride and joy that it has come time to say good bye, have a great night, thanks for coming in and see ya soon for the last time. I will be moving on from my role as partner and General Manager at The Ravens Club to take a position in the spirits industry as a consultant and account manager. Over the past six and half years I have been most enlightened and have learned more about life and living than I ever could have imagined.

Starting this bar with and for all of you has been the pinnacle of my bartending career. Thank you for being with me on this great journey of discovering how to innovate, lead, love, share the good times, find comfort in the bad times and in the meanwhile, join our families and extend our friendships to one another. I am so proud and happy to say that my life’s work as a bartender has led me to this building, these drinks and the great times we were all are able to share with each other.

It is very important to me to take this moment and say thank you for that. None of this would have been possible without the community that has supported Ravens Club over the past 6 years. We have had a whole bunch of great nights together and I’ll never take for granted the services I was able to provide you all and I will forever cherish and value the relationships I have made along the way.

To the people that I have come to know and love as my staff, you guys are the best. I don’t even know what to say. I love you all and The Ravens Club is what it is because of you. This will forever be a family and not being able to be around all that love day in and day out is undoubtedly the hardest part of this whole evolution. It has been my life’s proudest work as a professional to lead and provide a service for you all to execute. You are an amazing family, I am so lucky to have you all and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter has in store for all of us.

That said, my role will be filled by my dear friend and esteemed colleague, the one and only, Nick Dean. Nick, you are one of the smartest and most brilliant people I know, not to mention a world class bartender. I am so proud and happy for you and I can’t wait to see the next chapter of The Ravens Club with you at the helm. Good luck my friend, the community is very lucky to have you and everything you have to offer.
